The Childcare Academy is committed to providing the best possible care and education for children aged 0-5 years. By joining our team as a nursery practitioner in Liverpool, you will be instrumental in helping to shape the future of each child in your care. We’re looking for people with the following qualifications and skills:
– Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
– Paediatric First Aid
– Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance
– Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
– Empathy and understanding of children under five
– Exceptional verbal and communication skills with children and parents
